过氧化氢酶是由黑曲霉优良菌种 （Aspergillus niger）经深层发酵精制提 炼而成。应用于纺织、啤酒、酶法葡萄 糖酸钠、制浆造纸、食品及乳品加工等 去除过氧化氢的工业。
Catalase is refined and refined from Aspergillus niger through deep fermentation. Applied in industries such as textiles, beer, enzymatic sodium gluconate, pulp and paper making, food and dairy processing to remove hydrogen peroxide.
